You can officially register for the EUROCITIES 2021 Conference in Leipzig below. During the registration process, you will also have the option of booking a hotel at a reduced price.
Please remember to print your confirmation for the welcome event on Wednesday, 03 November, as the confirmation will serve as a ticket form for the event.

The conference is carried out in the sovereign area of the city of Leipzig. The sales are therefore not taxable.
Terms and Conditions of Registration
Before you proceed with registration, please read the following terms and conditions carefully. Notification of cancellations should be made by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you do not send an email confirming that you wish to cancel your place at the conference, you will still be liable to pay the fees. Substitutions can be made at any time.
If payment is made by bank transfer, you must pay any bank charges.

After 30 October 2021 – No refund
Please note if you pre-register and do not attend the conference you will be charged your participation fee and will be required to settle any outstanding balances.
Please note: These cancellation conditions only apply to the registration for the AGM. For hotel bookings made through the registration portal, other conditions apply, which you can find in the portal.
Registration Substitution Policy
Substitutions/replacements can be made at any time.
In the unlikely case of cancellation of the event, the organisers shall not accept liability for any consequential loss and shall have no liability to reimburse any other costs that may have been incurred, including transport costs, accommodation etc. Delegates are encouraged to take out travel insurance when making travel and accommodation arrangements.
